The regular meetingof the Resource Efficiency Club of Kharkiv region was heldat the premises of Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration attached to the Office of the President of Ukraine on November 10, 2015. The theme of the meeting was the study of the issues of effective use of water resources in the enterprise.
The training was attended by representatives of the participated companies and Ivan Omelchuk (Curator of RECP Clubs), Andrii Vorfolomeiev (RECP Centre Expert), Oleksii Lyska (Chief Specialist of the Department of improving of region's competitiveness, Kharkiv Regional State Administration).
On 6th of November, 2015 in Room of Administrative Board of National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Politechnic Institute” was held the Forum “Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP): energy efficiency” that was dedicated to the popularization of resource efficient and cleaner production concept in Ukraine. Forum was organized in a framework of “Greening Economies in the Eastern Neighbourhood” (EaP GREEN) international programme and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Resources Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) Demonstration Project.
In a work of the Forum took part the representatives of Ministry of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine, Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine, State agency for energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine, representatives of scientific and educational spheres, enterprises of different sectors, NGO’s and Public Association, who supports the ideas of greening the industry and necessity of its energy efficiency increase.
On 5/11/2015, the 3rd module of Resource Efficiency Club of Chernihiv region was held. The meeting was devoted to the study of issues of effective use of water resources in the enterprise. The event was held in Chernihiv, at the premises of Regional State Administration of Chernihiv region.
The training was attended by representatives Club companies and Omelchuk Ivan, (Curator of RECP Clubs), Tsybka Mariia (National Coordinator), Mikhailo Drobot (Chief Specialist of Investment and External Activities Board of Chernihiv Regional State Administration).
The meeting of members of the Resources Efficiency Club of Kharkiv region took place on October 27, 2015. At this event, the representatives of small and medium businesses were asked to be acquainted with the methods of efficient use of energy in production.
During the workshop seminar, the specialists addressed the following issues:
- Business risk associated with the inefficient use of energy
- Evaluation of energy losses in the production
- Typical options of energy efficiency for: compressed air, cooling, thermal systems, electrical motors, lighting, buildings.
- Development of the energy profile of the enterprise.
The second module of RECP approach was delivered to Chernihiv RECP Club on October 22, 2015. The meeting was devoted to the study of energy efficiency issues in the enterprise. The event was held in building of regional state administration of Chernihiv region. The training was attended enterprises, representatives of state administration and RECP Centre.
The start of the training included a restudy of the ecological profile of company and discussion of problems that associated with the filling of self-assessment tool. Common questions were:
- The cost of energy resources at the study period and at this moment are different;
- The currency change is not considered;
- There is an error between the estimated and actual data.
Meeting of RECP club members in Kharkiv region was conducted on October 9, 2015. The event was held in the format of the workshop-training and was devoted to the subject of drawing-up environmental profile of the enterprise.
The training was organized in the premises of Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration and continued for 3 hours 15 minutes with coffee break. The training was attended by representatives of eight companies and also a representative of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, represented by Alexey Lyska, chief specialist of Department of Competitiveness Raising of Kharkiv Regional State Administration and Kharkov Regional Institute of Public Administration.
The meeting of RECP club members in Chernigov region was conducted on October 7, 2015. The event was held in the format of the workshop-training and was devoted to the subject of drawing-up environmental profile of the enterprise.
The training was organized in the premises of Chernigov Regional State administration and continued for 3 hours 15 minutes with coffee break. The training was attended by representatives of 9 companies and also a representative of Chernigov Regional State Administration Vorobei Valerii, Deputy Head of Foreign Economic Activity.
The seminar “Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production as an instrument of competitiveness increase of industrial enterprises in Kharkiv region” took place on 29th of September 2015 in a building of Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration attached to the Office of the President of Ukraine at the presentation. The organizers of the seminar were: Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Centre, Department of increase the competitiveness of region of Kharkiv regional state administration and Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration attached to the Office of the President of Ukraine at the presentation.
The seminar “Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production as an instrument of competitiveness increase of industrial enterprises in Chernihiv region” took place on 24th of September 2015 in a building of Chernihiv regional state administration. The organizers of the seminar were Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Centre and Department of economic development of Chernihiv regional state administration.
On July 16-17, 2015 the 4th Coordination Meeting under Regional Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) Demonstration Project was hosted in the Room of Administrative Board in National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
On July 23, 2015 in the city of Sumy within the visiting session of Ukrainian Union of Manufacturers of Building Materials the special conference devoted to the use of the latest developments of energy efficiency in enterprises of the construction industry sector was held. Manufacturer of ceramic building materials "Kerameya" hosted the meeting.
Leading companies that manufacture the building materials and machinery from different regions of Ukraine (Kyiv, Volyn, Zakarpattia, Sumy, Luhansk, Chernihiv regions, etc) were presented among the participants of the meeting.
